Contact & Reservations
After making a reservation either Through the website or by phone will receive an e-mail confirming the details of it and be asked about the estimated time of arrival and will provide a contact phone number.

CHANGE OF BOOKING: Once confirmed, this will be considered definitive. The property will try to adapt any change (dates, number of people) whenever possible depending on availability. Generally small changes communicated in advance should not be any problem (add or subtract 1 day to stay, add to or reduce a person).
- For increasing the length of stay or anticipate the arrival, we'll add the reserve amount to be paid

Cost of Stay
The price includes accommodation costs and water consumption, gas and electricity. The total final price includes the cost of cleaning required at the end of the period. The rates include VAT and all taxes.

Cleaning

Check in & Deposit
Once inside the building found an express check in machine.

Credit card is used as security deposit.

Check out

Cancellation Policy
